Mile- A- Day.
We have started a new fitness initiative where we try to walk, jog or run a mile each day.
"It's fun because we can walk and talk to friends or try and beat our high score, there's no pressure on reaching a target" - Chloe
"I like it because we are burning off energy outdoors with our friends"-Lily
